As our Boardmaker Software Family user community grows and times change, we’re committed to continually publishing additional Picture Communication Symbol sets so our users have everything they need to create the materials and activities they want. We released our first PCS Addendum Library in 1998. Since then, we’ve been creating new symbols and publishing PCS Addendum Libraries every two years.
Boardmaker, Boardmaker Plus! and Boardmaker with Speaking Dynamically Pro now come loaded with over 4,500 PCS in both color and black-and-white. The PCS Addendum Libraries also include both color and black-and-white symbols in all 44 languages, as well as the metafiles (allowing a symbol to be imported as a picture into other software programs).
